When you think of puppy play, you probably think of playing with little cute dogs. But not in this case. Puppy play is a fetish in the form of BDSM role-playing. Leather, rubber or neoprene dog masks, butt plugs with wagging tails, leashes and collars... Woof!

Doggy style
Good. So you can be puppy or owner. If you're puppy you literally play doggy. Complete with dog mask, collar, harness and possibly as icing on the cake a butt plug with (wagging) tail. And just like real puppies, these puppies also need to be trained and raised.

So what do they do?
Well, you can be walked and groomed by your owner. But you can also play, cuddle, bark or just be chill. When the puppies all get together to play nicely you call it a puppy meeting or play date. And these take place in people's homes, in special puppy rooms and sometimes at fetish events or bars.

Why is that hot?
Puppy play is all about role-playing between the owner and his puppy. The owner can give commands to the puppy. But unlike the SM scene, a puppy does not have to obey like a slave. As a result, puppy play is less tightly regulated. Still, the two forms are fairly side-by-side. Furthermore, of course, it is the job of the owner to take good care of his puppy! You can put a collar on him and walk him on a leash. Or make him do other typical dog things, like give paws and sit. But you can also let your dog play fetch. Fat handy too.

Puppies like to be submissive. You are relinquishing control. Just clearing your head, or getting into "head of pup space," as they call it. And there's a lot more interaction. Some puppies are naughty, others are shy. In short: no two puppies are the same.

Whether they do it doggy style? They can. But many puppies and owners do not have sex with each other. By the way, it has absolutely nothing to do with real dogs!
